Design, layout flow and draw plans of new restaurant concept, including kitchen, bakery area, behind the line, seating areas, cold cases and equipment, POS, lighting and electrical. Design restrooms, custom countertops, custom wood walls, and custom LumiCast acrylic resin line divider with stainless frame and footing. Select and order all finishes, flooring, lighting, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
